The following are the approved forms referred to in this web-site.
The Professional Standards Board for Patent and Trade Marks Attorneys (PSB) collects your personal information in the following forms to assess whether you meet the requirements for registration as a patent or trade marks attorney, and for the addition, removal and restoration of your details on the Registers of Patent and/or Trade Marks Attorneys. This collection is required under the Patents Regulations 1991 and/or the Trade Marks Regulations 1995.
If your application for registration as a patent or trade marks attorney is approved by the Designated Manager, your name and contact details, including an address, will be published in the Lists of Registered Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys on this website. This information will also be so published if you request restoration of your details onto the Register/s after their removal. Please provide a post office box or other valid Australian address if you do not want your home address published.
